While I love the og VN, I have really high expectations for Red Garden remake. Nasu has talked about releasing the og when they didn’t have the time or resources to get it to the quality level of a commercial-grade work (aka Fate Stay Night). And I have to think that stuff like Arcueid’s absence from the later routes and the significant route to route overlapping skippable content counts as some of the things they’re going to address. Because the first two remake routes released on Blue Glass Moon are excellent. Ciel’s story especially gets a major overhaul for the better
