now that the weekly vids are back i returned to the living. Nice about the movie and second season: the second season continues where the movie left in the story. The movie continues where the first season left. A tidbit of info that you might consider interesting (or not). About things you already saw. Disclaimer: This is hearsay. I do not know if knowing this will help you. And now that i think about it you might regret knowing this in future streams (but it could help if you're going to watch the movie). Yes, this is forbidden knowledge ;) If you wish to continue: -- *People say*: It's not all of the monsters, and you already saw a couple, but seems like some of them are designed in a specific way by the author. Some look like they're representations of genitalia or fetishes. This might help you understand why certain things happen in this story (or not).

Hakurei Oni

I love this pair of episodes so much because it's where we get our first hints of darkness in the series. Also for the 2nd season and movie, you should watch the movie first since it's the bridge between season's 1 and 2. There are technically 3 movies, but only movie 3 is worth watching because it is basically season 1.5 and vital to the story, but the first 2 movies are just a recap of season 1.
