That scenario is surprisingly tough to find, but then I remembered that I actually did one a while ago but hadn't posted it yet! I never came up with the perfect scenario for this one. Maybe something where a guy signed up for nanobot body mods to make him big and strong, and when he couldn't pay up they were repossessed with interest, turning him into a scrawny geek girl!
