I don't know what the "after" clip is from, but I do know the guy in the "before" clip is a young Gilbert Gottfried. He's an odd choice for a scenario like this but I found a gif of him screaming in some movie and worked some digital magic to put him in the scene with the girl, and I think it turned out pretty fun.
