In my imagination it's not that he has no memory (I'm not into identity death) but she has rewritten parts of his personality to make him girly. I interpreted it that way because by telling him, now her , all the things she will like including boys, it seems like she has plans to make it permanent and that sooner or later she will become a sexually active woman.
