Next steps:
First thing will be the gallery update for sherlock crows (10$) for tomorrow.
zum Damenhaus:
I am not sure what I am gonna do with version 3.8, yet. I have quite some options. I will make up my mind later. I let you know when the time has come, which could be a while considering the next two steps:
Potion Shop Schwesterherz:
I wanna work at least one full month on it; 30 days! The next thing that gets done is the main character of the game (sister one). I also decided to sketch out sister two as well for comparision reasons and I think it's cool for you to see both close to each other. Don't wanna tease you too much with her ;)
Animations will follow: walk, run, attack, get hit and other stuff that might need to get done.
After that I start with the world creation. You know, draw grass, trees, stones, mushrooms, etc. etc.
Then I will program the tile set with my new drawn sprite assets. My original idea was to precedual generate the terrain, but this could turn out difficult for me. I might just wanna randomize items, enemys, and so on.
As always I will share anything I did for the new game with you patrons!
random Crows random animations™:
This will be the first community based stand alone animation I'll do, based on this poll! I still can't believe how much encouragement this idea got. I want to use this chance to thank Knolden for the idea and a lot of other things, especially for helping me out on Discord!
I will do these animations every couple of months, basically in this order: zum Damenhaus -> Potion Shop Schwesterherz -> random animation -> repeat
I will set up eveything while working on Potion Shop! Every Patron will have the chance to suggest some ideas! More about that topic in a sepperate post soon™!
Great, that was all so far. Enjoy the new version of zum Damenhaus and join me on my journey of how to become a better game maker!
Have a nice weekend!
