Time for an update.
I have a good pace, but there is still lots to do.

A lot of thoughts went into the Tiny Tina animation, once I figured that it will probably win the poll. I admit that I had way to much fun of figuring out what I wanna include (Voice Lines for example (already cut and ready to use by the way)).

At the moment I am Frame-by-Frame animating. There will be quite a good variation of loops. I finished an idle one, a tease, a second tease and every in-between (meaning transitions from loop 1 to loop 2). Right now I started drawing a different position.

Once I've finished the animation part, I'll create a fitting background (that I already have a reference of). In the end I will import everything in Flash and start piecing together every frame. There I will take care of lip synch, sounds and music.

Normally I would do this process again in Unity to be able to release the animation as a GIF and Webm. But this takes way longer there and the FrameCapturer program in Unity sadly isn't able to record sounds (or I haven't figured it out how yet).
So, later I will look for a good screen capture program. Maybe you know one besides Fraps?

I use bandicam, it is free, records up to 10 mins at a time (where most free are 30 seconds to 1 minute). it does leave a watermark like most free versions but it is at the top so you can cut it out with video editing software if needed. Most useful is you press F12 to record and stop recording. I had to explore a LOT of free screen capture software when I started doing video so I tested and looked at: OBS Studio, FRAPS, Camtasia (the ultimate proffesional screen capture and video editor in one, used by one of my colleagues) etc.

Mmm, i prefer something with no watermark. What is the best freeversio you would recommend? And thx for the help

Good news, I played around with OBS for like 5 minutes and found everything I need. I should be able to make a webm format out of the fla one. Back to animating...
