A lot of people were mourning French film star Alain Delon this week, but did you know that one of his last wishes was for someone to kill his dog? Sure, it was because he wanted to be buried with it and he thought it would be sad without him, but I don't think you can put dog murder in your will, dude.
Fittingly, our guest this week is Man's Best Friend's Worst Enemy, Laremy Legel, formerly of Film.com and currently of numerous dating apps in the greater Seattle area. Laremy explains how he was nearly the victim of a scam this week. We also talk about Hard Knocks, Laremy's two days in Sitka, Alaska, and finally we round things off with the reason we were all doing a show, 'The Instigators,' starring Matt Damon and Casey Affleck, currently on AppleTV, or Apple+, or Apple+TV or whatever the fuck they're calling it now (it's probably the best streaming service right now, but still).
Hey! We liked this movie! Doug Liman directed this, and it was kind of the lowish-stakes breezy action movie I wanted his Road House remake to be. Turns out he can do good work when he works with real actors, and not Conor McGregor and Post Malone. Wait no, Jack Harlow was in this! And honestly he wasn't half bad. Friend of the Frot (and past guest) David Gborie also got a cameo. Too short of one, but I'm pretty sure that was him in there.
