36:55 - resident Catholic here. After Communion, the Blood of Christ (wine) must be fully consumed. Whether it’s a Mass for one person or for a thousand. Fr. Phil gulping down the rest of the chalice is what he has to do. And Arianna thank you (so far) for showing some respect for my faith. I know it’s a super awkward episode and intended to make everyone think that Fr. Phil was some priest who bangs wives, I’m glad he didn’t, but all of the aspects of Catholicism in this episode are properly presented. Remember this show was created by an Italian (Chase is what David’s family changed their name to) and 99% of the actors are Italian and would have all been raised Catholic.
