William

Love the story, but I REALLY hope that David gets his head on straight soon, currently hes acting like this wasnt the OBVIOUS response the corps would have, whether or not someone snitched about the fixer meeting, eventually the corps would have seen what was happening and immediately moved to slaughter everyone involved. But he is acting like this is some terrible surprise. And I dont know if its intentional or not, but it seems like hes still got some heavy naivete about the corp world to be thinking that V would just be fired for not following orders this big. D's morals are also all over the place, Im assuming this is another sign of his potential partial cyberpschosis thing, but a while back he would probably rather retire and move to Europe than become someone who'd be treating his allies like this, its not even a matter of what the fixers do or dont deserve, its a matter of them being on his side and him picking and choosing which of them hes willing to let die just to push his plans further. That shining beacon of bloody savage hope he wanted to be by destroying the scavs and jotaro seems to be smothering and dying right now. Makes me miss those simpler days when a young merc could just head out on the town for a day and slaughter a few hundred disgusting scumbags to clear his head and blow up some skulls. The ends can justify the means if you want, but the means affect the ends, if he tries to make the city better than what it is by resorting to the same methods and mindsets as the current rulers of the city, then he'll just end up creating a temporary change, he'll lead by example for a while and some day people following his methods and mindset will end up being just like the corps because its all thw same methods and mindset of achieving your own goals no matter who gets hurt in the process.
