Teira dishing the heck out of the black flashes to everyone without exceptions was a religious moment for me! (I kinda don’t think I will ever tire of it, damn) Good chapter and loved how she explained well her objectives to the union, she nipped from the start the possible problem (or at least in part) that boys are allowed in, making clear who is the enemy of theirs coalition. Teira is the “The True Merchant of Black Flashes”!

Also, nice to see that the gambling addict was subjected to gainful employment, everyone in need should have a hand held out to them...
