Heat 0.7.3.1 Test - Astera Voice, Camera improvements, fixes (Patreon)

This month we're giving Astera a voice! We had to redo all of her audio because we lost the unfiltered audio, but it's still the same VA: CottonTail.

We're all still on the grind fixing various things and making the game a smoother and more fun experience, please provide feedback in the discord in the tester's channel, issue reports, and feedback sections!
