Patreon news! TIPS TO AVOID THE iOS FEE (Patreon)

Public statement!!! hello guys! I hope everyone is well.

I am making this public statement since it is something that potential future patrons who are going to join Patreon starting in November should know also If you are a patron who has previously canceled your subscription and would like to rejoin in the future. This tip will interest you.😉

Apple will change its charging method on Patreon for NEW SUBSPRITIONS. ➡️ Starting in November, any NEW iOS app user who wants to join Patreon (or current patron who want to upgrade their tier) will be charged a 30% fee. which seems terrible to me.

Apple decided to put this 30% fee on any and all new purchases you make on Patreon via their iOS app. Patreon (and creators) doesn't get any of this 30% fee. 

• How can you avoid this 30% fee?: simple!!! If you want to join my patreon, do it through Android or the web bowser (deskop) to avoid this 30% fee. 🤙🤙

• Does it mean that you will no longer be able to use the iOS app?: you can continue using the app for whatever you want: like, send messages, comment, etc. But I recommend that if you pay a new subscription or upgrade your tier, use the web bowser. 🙏🙏

Also, starting in November, patrons who join my Patreon will no longer be charged the first of each month. They will be charged again on the day they joined. Example: If you are a patron who joins on November 14, Patreon will charge you again on December 14 to renew your monthly subscription. For current patrons everything will continue the same.(the first day of each month)

These changes will only be applicable to iPhone and iPad users(iOS devices) Android and computer users dont worry.
