[FAQ] Tier is expired issue (Patreon)

Hi

I get a lot of questions on the new authorization, and would like to provide answers to them.

The most frequent question:

Expired

This can occur for a variety of reasons.

First, try updating your tier data. To update the data, re-enter the game or press the REFRESH button.

If this does not solve the problem see below

Second check your status in the preferences (this is available since version 0.103.0)

1) Server status. If it displays an error, check your internet connection.

2) Expiry date. Patreon data has not been updated or your last payment status has expired. The data is updated every 15-20 minutes. To update the data, re-enter the game or press the REFRESH button.

3) Paid status. Sometimes patreon may not be able to process a payment. Your last payment status is displayed here.
