Sorry for the last-minute update at the very end of the month.

Since last weekend, I’ve been bedridden for about 5–6 days after catching COVID again—my first time in about three months. I’ve honestly lost count of how many times it’s happened, but this time was the worst yet. I can only say I never want to go through that again. My throat hurt so badly it felt like it changed my outlook on life. On the bright side, I’ve been getting sick less often overall, so I’ll keep up with risk management without giving up. As my symptoms eased up, I was able to get back to work, and I managed to finish the alternate video I had scheduled just in time.

This new piece is the muscle expansion version of the ultra-expansion beam exposure concept, which many of you had strongly requested. It’s been a while since I released a no-holds-barred muscle growth work that’s definitely not for everyone, but I hope you’ll enjoy it.

As for progress on the new scene, it’s coming along decently. I’ve solved a few major technical issues, and the final product is coming into view. Thank you for your patience as I work to complete it.
