Assessment Period WIP (Patreon)

Even though this is a spiritual successor to a previous art piece, I am still trying to make it distinct and give it its own new take on Isabelle's colour palette and the Mayor she's interacting with. So far I am very pleased with the warmer and somewhat moodier setting in the Town Hall.~
