I’m so happy about this ending. The entire show was fantastic, and every character was well-written. I have a soft spot for Xiaobao. Every time he suffered, I suffered. The second couple gave us funny and cute vibes. I like them a lot. I’m so happy that this show was not banned. Truly loved it. ☺️

When I started to watch, I didn't have any expectations. But it's turned out to be simple(from the first glance), usual Chinese historical/bl drama. And then step by step I was falling in love with the story, the characters, the acting and filming. I was surprised that it was Wang Yun Kai's first role! Unfortunately, there is not much information about the novel author and the director. I was thinking that after The Untamed and Word of Honor there is no much room left for the same level of a script. But I was wrong. The Untamed was the example how to make a good drama with horribly small budget. Meet Me at the Blossom is an example how to use all potentials including money to make another epic drama. And I don't really care about "toxic" relationships( what the hell is that?) if it's turn out to be a great love.

I don’t know why but I don’t like Suyin. He’s done nothing but protect xiobao but I still don’t like him. I know I should like him but I just don’t like him😭
