Wang missed Tian and that's why he was bored at home, and returned to the dorm. So being in the dorm alone but knowing that he will see Tian at the end of the day, makes his day less boring... For me, this episode is Wang FINALLY realizing his feelings for Tian! All these moments where Wang looks at Tian in a new way are just super cute! Apparently the "Jiang Tian very moment" was there to show us that Tian was doing a lot of stuff for Wang secretly, not wanting anyone to know. It was a metaphor to say that he was still closed but after the moment they moved to the dorms, Tian opened up to Wang completely and he doesn't do anything secretly for him anymore so no need for "Jiang Tian very moment" since Wang sees everything Tian does for him openly
