In fact, Thai legislation in the 1960s was not as homophobic as in many Western countries. The last law prohibiting homosexual acts in Thailand was already repealed in 1956. A newspaper report about a same sex marriage, naturally without legal registration, is therefore more conceivable in Thailand than in Western countries at that time. By comparison, homosexual acts were illegal in some US states until 2003. Germany only abolished all special regulations regarding homosexuality in 1994.

people did hate on pin, twiiter was hell during this episodes, they didn't really understand her actions, not that shes was rigth about what she was doing, but her actions where justifiled, even if she refused to listen before when saenkaew and sasin tried to speak with her, still it was a big treason from both saenkaew and sasin, the two people she loved the most
