So happy that you're watching The Untamed! Nevernight is the city where the Wen Clan lives. It is just a poetic name since the Wen clans symbol is the sun, there is nothing odd with the actual sun going on. In the novel the Wen clan's home is much less of a creepy place like here in the untamed. Also the monsters in the lake are not related to the turtle thing you saw, its a few more episodes until you'll get there :)

For screen recording i would say WeTV is best but that’s bc I don’t really know of any other places and the sub qualities of those

Yes sometimes I struggle with screen recording but the ones I am using now were sent on my google drive so I don’t have to screen record I already have them

Subs are a little weird hehe. In this episode Lan Zhan's brother tells him "I invited Wei Wuxian and his brother (to the lake hunt) because it seemed like you wanted them to come, am I wrong?" Wangji has the best poker face and his expressions change very little as a teenager but his brother can definitely read his interest in Wei Wuxian😂 much to Wangji's despair
