I must admit, this episode wasn't for me. I just don't like him. It didn't fit with the other episodes I was 🤔.

Kind of a useless episode for me. This would have played better at the beginning as "history". I do not like "other" guy...arrogant and pushy in my book. I do hope their is a second season also.

Yes, you're right. Yuzhen has already moved on since I think months ago now, but I understand why his ex came back. He didn't come back to get Yuzhen back, but he came back to help Yuzhen get over the past and move forward with his present couple, which is Shi Lei. What his ex did really sent mixed signals to all of us, but after watching episode 12, I realized he was doing that on purpose for Yuzhen to be true to his own heart, also to get rid of the Single Rule that he made up in the beginning.
