Out of nowhere, Minato's Laudromat is going to have a season 2. I do not know where this series is slowly going but it is still enjoyable. And btw, I tried Ema Datchi in a less spicy version, with rice, it was really good. Bhoutan is landlock between China and India. Could you imagine than up until 2019 homoseuality was still illegal in Bhoutan ? They remove those laws since.

Bhutan is a small kingdom in Asian, nicknamed the Happiest Country in the world. Fun fact: it is actually the only carbon-negative country on the planet! Just discovered they have the only capital city in the world with no traffic lights. Since you mention butter, they also make butter tea, but I have never tried it.
