I think seon woo doesn't actually like anyone but he's just programmed to respond to anyone that gives him attention. that's why he's never really turned down seongho, hyungjin or yunhee and it's catching up to him because they're all (except yunhee bless him) realising this about him. Especially since he had such a happy reaction when minseong chose him as his roommate!Its hard to make up your mind about people you've known them for a few days so I get how it can be overwhelming but the scene with him and junseong in the kitchen shows he's enjoying the game a little and taunting someone who his "rival" just because seongho called him 😭

Being a terminal people pleaser is a common personality trait amongst gay guys who come out later in life, it seems. It probably comes from a lifetime of being terrified that you'll be rejected if anyone finds out what you're actually like and how you actually feel. Although SeonWoo's behaviour can look kind of bad in the context of the show, I think it comes from a good place.
