technically is more DM's fault, he should do a meeting for explain better the rules and help with character creation (plus he need to know the characters before the start, so he can apply something related to their backgrounds )

@jedader that's all what session zero is! Haha. Explain the rules, create characters, develop backstories and how the party came together so that the DM can add those details to the campaign as appropriate!
