The amount of hate that’s spreading rapidly is overwhelming & overflowing right into our personal lives. There was once a perfect opportunity for our country to be more united than we have been in recent years & that opportunity came & went without a glance by leaders who should have embraced the moment. Loss do to violence is exceptionally hard to digest I fully support raising the bar for enlightenment. Be well soon

I am just getting over a nameless 14 day upper respiratory and intestinal virus. It kept me in bed for a full 7 days. It was by no means completely done with me. Lots of yuck going around. Be safe and guard against secondary infections. Take getting back to routine in stages. We will still be here.
