I've re-worked the anatomy a little bit. Somehow I think the head needs to be a little smaller. What do you guys think?

Also I planned on going with the mouth on the left, but what do you guys think about the one on the right?

The back ground as well could use some work. Adding some more frozen glacier or something in the back to better balance the image.
