But he has appeared constantly and hasnt won once. Meanwhile some random new character that has barely existed for a year and gets more votes. Hell, people voted for the panther King from Conker and he was extremely obscure of a character

That's kind of what I'm getting at here. You're in the comments begging people to pick him, or expressing your anger that he didn't get picked again. I'm sure all of us have characters we want to see drawn, but if the majority wants other characters, that's just how it goes.
