Hello!
I know it's very early days, but I wanted there to be something weird and unseen for you as soon as this page is running. And it doesn't get much weirder or more unseen than this, as it was sitting on a 720K floppy disk in a loft for decades.
Please enjoy (?) this incredibly primitive animation I made on an Atari ST computer about 30 years ago. It seems to be about a stage magician who seriously messes around with a member of the audience, but I'm pretty sure it was really an excuse to mess around with line morphing effects.
The software I used was called "Ani ST", essentially a rebadged version of Aegis Animator which originally came out for the Commodore Amiga in 1985. I spent hours playing with it back in the day.
I vaguely remember uploading a similar animation to the defunct video-sharing site Revver years ago, but this is the first time I've shown this to anyone. Watch it and discover why!
Cheers,
Stuart.
