Fantastic! Love how Daisy is just focused on her work, and Mackenzie's expression says she's doing a good job. For the voting, I would advise against having ties eliminate each other in this system. It didn't matter here since this pairing was well over 50% of the total, so nothing would change that anyway, but if the numbers had been closer together that result could have been a bit unfair. Example - if the totals were 30, 30, and 35, simply eliminating both 30s could be really bad. What if most of the votes for each of the "30"s had the other one as their secondary? That would put one of them in the lead, not the 35. Ties are usually resolved randomly in this system, but you could also just compare what the results would be to see if it matters. :)

Oh, if the voting had been closer I absolutely would have relied on secondary votes and such. It was only because in this case, even if a second place option got all 30 of last place's votes, it still wouldn't be enough to unseat Daisy/Mackenzie from first, that I didn't have to use the trickle-down votes :)
