You can use pc to unzip it, for iOS or android, download a ZIP app to unzip it.

It's not on the Patreon side, it's the Google Drive link showing the folder is empty

That's the old link. I've updated it, but Patreon's app won't update the link I replaced immediately, so I suggest using the web version.
