If I had to comment on some characters, they would be Shermie from the KOF video game saga and Fuyuki Minami from the anime Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! As for the theme, I give you creative freedom as long as you don't focus too much on the feet, with that I'm happy.

Vivian from Zzz would be with Onsen or similar and as 2tes would be maybe Cantarella from Wuthering Waves also very interesting.
