As a african american (who has a masters degree). My stepfather has friends/relatives who do the "Ya kno wat I meen" after every sentence and folks who are less intelligible than boomhauer. Yes black rappers are gonna rhyme all the time. Man 16:15 with headphones XD Uncle Ruckus does have 30+ jobs, so expect to show up frequently :) What job will he have next episode :D Also, I LOVE when Europeans watch this show. I introduced my Romanian friend to it years back and we always make jokes from the show towards each other.
