Poll results culminating into a brand new Discord sticker! (Patreon)

Hey heeey!

Today I'd like to write some about the polls we had recently. We'll start with the most obvious one...

The STICKER poll on Discord! Honestly, I was surprised. I didn't expect Resnick to rise in the polls so hard and fast given that he already had two stickers and other characters also had more time to shine since the last one. That made me extremely happy! As the guy we possess/follow, knowing that people are taking a liking to lil' old Resnick makes my heart soar! I love him to no end too, hence why he was made and chosen as the protagonist of our story, and I never get tired of seeing him. <3

Blain and I sat down, brainstormed a new sticker idea for Resnick, and what you see above here is what we came up with! He's so innocent... isn't he? >:)

Honorable mentions to the second and third places of the poll as well! Gunther came second, which doesn't really surprise me as he wasn't in the previous sticker polls and, well, he's getting an update that heavily features him very soon! ;) The third spot was a bit of a closer call, but Sam of all people came third! I'll talk more about that later, but I was surprised and pleased by that as well! :D Sam hasn't had that much time to shine just yet but I'm happy to see him already get a bunch of love as well.

Captain Garret was removed from the poll as the winner of the previous one and, maybe in the next one, I'll remove both Resnick and the Captain to give others a chance, whenever that'll be. For the Captain lovers out there, which I know there are many, he'll return to the polls soon enough as well so that he can (maybe) win yet another sticker feature for himself, heh! What if it were a lewd one...?

That also brings us to the OTHER poll! The Patreon poll about what people would like to see Resnick do in a free day. I was extremely thrilled to get so many answers as well! Lots and lots of really fun one that I had a blast reading through. Admittedly, I very naively underestimated how many of you would say that you wanted to see some private time with the Captain! I already know that that's a heavily requested thing, don't worry, and I was happy to get another confirmation of it and hear people's hopes on how it should happen as well!

We had a bunch of other really fun ideas as well. I was happy to hear a bunch of different names there in people's hopes! I asked the question because I'm figuring out some things for Update 8, or maybe it'll fall in Update 9 depending on how things go, and well... I wanted to hear a bit of what people wanted to see. :P I'm also thinking of a new feature that I might introduce soon, but it's still in the works, so... I'll talk more about that when the time comes! The ideas were very helpful and fun to do, though! I'll keep all of that in mind as the story progresses forward!

If anyone, whether because they're new on Patreon or because they hadn't gotten a chance yet, wants to still write out their ideas on that post, feel free to as well! It's been a joy for me and I'm sure for others as well to read so many ideas :D

Other than that, I'll still write a proper devlog on the state of the update, hm... probably still this week! I have a few previews to still give as well. Oh my dog, so much exciting stuff! I can't wait! :D
