Demons Within Update 8 previews: Russel (Patreon)

Hey hey!

It's time for another preview from what's coming in Update 8! We'd seen the Russel before when he was still in his sketch phase and now, even though this is still not his finalized and complete version, I thought it was definitely cool enough to share! I thought I'd also share some minor thoughts about him.

As Resnick's older brother, we tried to keep the similarities between the two apparent. Russel is several years older than Resnick, though, so maybe looking at him we can see a little of what Resnick will become in the future...? Who knows!

Russel's appearance in the story and the inevitable conversations between him and his younger brother will shed a lot of light on the relationship between the two, as well as on a lot of small details about his and Resnick's past and family! For those who like the lore and details, I think they'll be pretty pleased. :) Hopefully!

That's not the only part Russel plays, but the rest you'll need to find out in the upcoming devlogs and, of course, in the game itself when Update 8 comes out!

When Russel is done, I'll share a few more previews of him, his other expressions, and maybe even different... versions of him. ;) He's Resnick's brother, though! Don't get too many ideas! Unless... No, surely not. Right?
