Demons Within devlog and progress (Patreon)

Hey folk!

Not much to show today (yet) in terms of new content. Just a status report!

The next build of Demons Within should be coming soon to Patreon. I'd like to have it done by next week (although probably the end of it), but we'll see if that's possible.

This new build will bring big things! While the first one was what I considered kind of an 'introduction' build to the world and what the game is about, I consider this one kind of... the second part of the introduction. It introduces the rest of the important things that will make this story what it is supposed to be as well as some important (and cool) elements as well!

I think you'll all like it, so I can't wait to be done and share it with you!

Both me and Blain are working hard. The art demand (and budget, oof) was higher this time with one extra new character and, while I first thought this one would be a bit smaller than the last... now I see it'll actually be a bit bigger! Whew... it's a lot to write, a lot to develop, draw, put together! But I'm working hard! It'll be worth it!

What I can say that I think will be of interest to people is that this build will have...

- More of the world's lore and current situation

- Action scenes

- Big spicy scene

So, pretty much... all of the good stuff. x)

Some of the higher tier patrons already got a preview of some of the new characters that are coming. There's one more left that I hope to be able to give a preview by the end of the week, and that'll be the most... 'shocking' one. x)

I'll make some teasers for everyone else to release soon, but otherwise, things are going smoothly! Just gotta get there!

Another big thing that I'm working on for this build is the Android build. This was heavily requested by people on the game's release. I already did a lot of testing and things seem to be going smoothly enough for it, although some changes are still pending to make it work 100%. It should be coming with this release, though, so when the new build comes up, it will include an android version of the game as well!
