I wonder if the chosen strategy isn't getting too harsh and could corner Karen... and mean Alexis enough to make her panic and, in order to preserve her pride, she would give up using the cream. On the other hand... Alexis is very fond of this cream and her previously injured pride of possessing (second, after her mother) the largest tits, pushed her to grow her impressive udders to enormous sizes. And she probably still wants them to be even bigger, much bigger than Alison. Older siblings don't like being bested by younger ones.
