Jake and Minaga appeared in the familiar garden of the palace Jake had called home in recent times. When he appeared, he instantly spotted a few familiar figures already there, including an exact replica of the Unique Lifeform who had functioned as his ride.

Besides another Minaga, the Sword Saint, and Sylphie were naturally there, but Dina had also come along. Artemis remained within the palace while the King was also still sitting in meditation on the other side of the garden, seemingly unbothered with everything that was happening.

“Ree!” Sylphie screeched the moment Jake had fully appeared, and before he could react, the bird was already sitting on top of his head.

He smiled as he reached up to scratch her. “Hey Sylphie, you look like you’ve had a good time.”

Sylphie didn’t answer but just looked down at his head. She moved her talons around a little, poking his hair a couple of times before she seemed to realize something.

“Ree!” Sylphie screeched angrily while flapping her wings, kicking up a gust of wind all around them.

“What? No!” Jake defended himself.

“Ree!”

“Only momentarily!”

“Ree!” Sylphie rejected his excuse.

“You shouldn’t be angry in the first place!” Jake quickly tried to change his strategy as he felt Sylphie’s talons begin to poke into his skin. “As a benevolent big sister, isn’t it only cool of you to allow him to be there for a moment?”

“Ree,” Sylphie said skeptically.

“Never, as I said, he only briefly used it as a springboard to jump,” Jake reaffirmed to the bird. “Actually, I’m confused... how do you even know?”

“Ree.”

The Sword Saint couldn’t help but chuckle at Sylphie’s answer as he shook his head. “Bird’s intuition? A superior version of a woman’s intuition, I take it?”

“Ree,” Sylphie nodded, having luckily calmed down by now. Somehow, she had felt that Jasper had dared touch her nest, better known as Jake’s head. Sure, he had briefly jumped on it once or twice, something that had happened around forty days ago, but Sylphie still seemed miffed as she had a strong sense of territory when it came to who was allowed to sit on top of Jake’s head.

With her calm, Jake regarded the others. “It looks like you two also had a good time.”

“I have indeed been enjoying the local Hunting Grounds,” the Sword Saint confirmed with a nod. “As well as the talents that belong to the Pantheon of Life. I heard you had some sparring matches, and I drew inspiration as I tried the same thing. It proved a wise decision, but sadly, as of a few hours ago, I was out of suitable opponents willing or able to battle.”

Jake looked at the old man with sympathy. “I know the feeling.”

The two shared the sentiment for a moment before he looked at Dina. “You’ve also gained quite a few levels, eh?”

“Indeed,” Dina confirmed with a small bow. “It has been a nice change of pace to fight alongside others once more. Grandfather has been tougher than usual, though, wanting to ensure I keep up with everyone else in my generation.”

“I theorize it has to do with the Seat of the Exalted Prima,” the Sword Saint added. “I and many others find it difficult to believe that the opportunities offered by the World Wonder will fall entirely to the natives of the ninety-third universe. Instead, there’s far more precedence to it being limited by levels and grades. Of course, this could be wrong, but it’s not like the large factions lose much by investing more in the next generation.”

“Hm, yeah, I could see that,” Jake muttered in thought. From his ring he got from the Prima Guardian event, he knew that the Seat of the Exalted Prima system event was designed for B-grades, and it was entirely possible that even B-grades from other universes had some way to take part. Not that it mattered much.

“I do feel a little sorry for them all, though,” Jake sighed.

“Why?” Dina asked, confused.

Jake flashed her a cheeky smile. “Because I’m gonna be the one to win whatever system event happens in the end.”

“You do know it’s entirely possible there will be multiple events,” the Sword Saint pointed out. “I seriously doubt the planet will pit an entire universe against each other when only in B-grade. That would simply be way too chaotic.”

“Yeah, yeah, but at the end of everything, I bet there’ll be one winner, and that winner will be me,” Jake insisted arrogantly.

“A World Wonder is rarely something that can be truly monopolized,” a new person entered the conversation as Artemis strolled out of the palace, having definitely heard their prior conversation and decided to join in.

“Most World Wonders offer opportunities, and I doubt the Malefic One would find it wise for you to even try to monopolize the World Wonder, even if theoretically possible. It’s far more likely that even if you win, what you win will be control rights that you can then share with other factions or people. That’s why it still matters to have young geniuses ready to participate... especially if it’s possible to have those talents help you during whatever system events may happen, thus getting their factions in your good graces.”

“And all that once more assumes there will be one final winner,” the Sword Saint pointed out again. “From my understanding, many World Wonders where it’s possible to limit and control access have several factions working together with their respective control rights.”

“Indeed,” Artemis confirmed with a nod. “The point is, no matter what, it’s clear the young generation will have a significant impact in the times to come, so we want to invest in it. It’s especially worth the investment when we have wonderful seeds like Dina here.”

“I thank the Mistress for her confidence,” the dryad druid bowed, looking a bit embarrassed.

“No need for the over-politeness,” Artemis waved her off.

Dina just nodded, still looking a bit awkward.

Minaga, who had been surprisingly silent throughout it all, especially when one considered he was literally there twice, decided to also chime up. “Yeah, we’re all friends here! Speaking of friends, why is the grumpy guy sitting over there and ignoring us all?”

“He’s not,” Jake chuckled as he turned toward the Forest King. “He’s been listening in all along, hasn’t he?”

“Difficult not to when you decide to meet right next to where I train,” the King answered as he finally stopped floating there with his legs crossed. “I had nothing of note to add to your discussion and find it meaningless to engage in hypotheticals before we know more of this upcoming system event. I have enough matters to occupy my time and mind with already.”

“Isn’t he a ray of sunshine?” Minaga smiled at the rest of the group. “Anyway, as much as it pains me, I’ll need to head off now. Dina’s grandpa still needs me, and even Duskleaf has been bothering me a lot lately. Of course, you’ll soon meet my good friend again once you return to Earth and check out the super cool dungeon he’s been working on, but that doesn’t mean I personally won’t miss you.”

“It’s been a pleasure as always,” the Sword Saint nodded at the Unique Lifeform.

“I’ll check out the dungeon... geez,” Jake felt like Minaga had reminded him a few times too many.

“Ree!” Sylphie also said her goodbyes as she flapped her wings a few times to wave.

Both Minaga’s smiled and spoke in sync. “Thanks!”

The next moment, both disappeared, only to reappear right in front of the Forest King. “I have come to personally bid goodbye to you, my dear friend!”

While barely acknowledging their existence, the King floated around. “I would say goodbye, but knowing you, we shall encounter you once more when most unexpected and inopportune.”

“I love you too,” Minaga said jokingly, and with a final bow towards the group, he was gone. For now, anyway. The King had been entirely correct that they would definitely end up running into Minaga again sooner rather than later, especially if Jake actually stuck to his promise and remembered to check out the labyrinth dungeon the Unique Lifeform had been constructing on Earth.

With Minaga gone, things got calm once more, with only one god remaining... which made Jake consider something.

“I low-key thought Minaga would be the one handling our return,” Jake muttered. “It definitely doesn’t sound like Duskleaf is anywhere near ready to return.”

“He’s not,” Artemis clarified. “I spoke to Nature’s Attendant, the Mother Tree, and Duskleaf to confirm where they stand, and I was informed that they are indeed still far from done. Duskleaf will have one of his avatars remain in the Order of the Malefic Viper to handle minor matters, but he will keep most of his focus here. As one of the people invited to help, Minaga will stick around with his divine clone.”

Jake nodded in understanding as another thought struck him. “Before we leave, shouldn’t I also say goodbye to Yggdrasil and Nature’s Attendant?”

Artemis just smiled and shook her head. “It’s wholly unnecessary. It could even be looked at as improper, considering you’re a mortal. Not that it matters. My point is that no one would expect you to stop by, and everyone assumes they’ll see you again sooner rather than later, going by divine standards.”

“Well, give them my regards either way,” Jake shrugged.

“Sadly, I can’t do that,” Artemis sighed.

Jake looked at her, perplexed as the Sword Saint spoke the obvious. “She’s our escort back to the Order of the Malefic Viper.

“Oh,” Jake muttered. Yeah, alright, he really should have seen that coming.

“Seeing as the Order of the Malefic Viper and Pantheon of Life have made a declaration of friendship and seek to deepen their bond, it’s been decided that both factions will establish a semi-permanent presence within the heartlands of the other faction’s territory,” Artemis explained. “These embassies, as you may as well call them, will each have both a divine and a mortal presence. Many of the diplomats you originally brought with you here shall remain alongside the god named Linea, who will serve as a divine Ambassador for the Order.”

Jake listened attentively as Artemis continued with a smile. “As a show of faith, the Pantheon of Life has gone above and beyond with the Ambassador they appointed, going as far as giving the job to their newest Godqueen.”

“And I’ll serve as the temporary representative of the mortal delegation going to the Order,” Dina explained further.

“Craftsmen and other diplomats from the Pantheon of Life have already arrived at the Order and begun preparations for what’s to come as we plan to establish a real presence there,” Artemis finished the explanation.

“Exciting news, isn’t it?” the Sword Saint said with a smile. “I was saddened that we didn’t get a proper hunting session in as a full party, but with Dina coming with us, we’ll surely get plenty of opportunities.”

Looking at Artemis, Jake couldn’t suppress his smile. One of the things he had not looked forward to when leaving the Pantheon of Life was also leaving Artemis. He had considered asking if she could come along, but had stopped himself as he didn’t want to go overboard, considering how new everything still was.

So, to hear that she had effectively secured a job transfer to his hometown was awesome.

“A wise plan by the Pantheon of Life to ensure Dina remains close to the hunter,” the Forest King commented. “Surely, it’s also believed that it can lead to more opportunities for the young talents of the Pantheon. As far as I can see, they do not have a presence in our galaxy back in the ninety-third universe, so this will also serve as a great gateway to there.”

“No need to voice all the unspoken out loud,” Artemis chuckled, not even trying to hide it. “Either way, that’s how things are. The two of us will join the rest of you and return to the Order of the Malefic Viper. Also, seeing as there’s no need to make any stops on the way, I plan for us to take a more direct route.”

“What, no scenic space barge ride?” Jake asked jokingly.

“I also find myself disappointed,” the Sword Saint also joked.

“Ree,” Sylphie wholeheartedly disagreed as she had not particularly liked being locked up in a spaceship.

Unsurprisingly, the King had no comment as he had been dead on the way there.

“To be clear, I will still need you in a ship of sorts to make the trip easier,” Artemis said, waving her hand.

A large, pineapple-shaped wooden thing appeared, standing around fifteen meters tall. Towards its bottom, an opening appeared for them all to enter as Artemis motioned toward it.

“Just go in, and I shall teleport us all there. This vessel is constructed to make the entire process safer and easier for everyone involved,” Artemis quickly explained. “Think of it as a teleportation pod if you will, as it didn’t have any propulsion or anything like that on its own.”

“Ree,” Sylphie commented.

“Does look a bit like a weird egg,” Jake agreed as he entered the thing alongside everyone else. Inside, it wasn’t spatially expanded at all, and there was nothing in there besides a seating area lining the walls of the circular room.

Artemis briefly entered alongside them and motioned for them to sit out to the sides. In the center of the weird vessel, a magic circle was already drawn into the ground, and Artemis went and stood on it as her energy began to be mobilized.

“You know, this vessel usually only works for us gods as mortals find themselves in less than ideal states when standing in front of a god utilizing their energies,” Artemis briefly commented with a smile. “A delight to have passengers for whom that’s not the case.”

“A delight to be along for the ride,” Jake smiled in return, earning him a glance from the Sword Saint, who didn’t say anything but just flashed a small smile himself.

With everyone in position, the entrance to the vessel closed, and Artemis got things started proper. Jake knew that to gods, teleporting between universes wasn’t a difficult thing, and the only reason why Artemis and the Pantheon of Life would use a vessel like this was for safety.

Teleporting between universes wasn’t the subtlest of actions, leaving echoes that other gods could easily track. Especially when the god in question brought along a band of mortals. Even if the god in question had skills and abilities to hide their own actions and movements, it was incredibly rare for these abilities to extend to mortal travel companions.

That’s where a vessel like this came in. It was a treasure covered with magic to help hide anyone within, and as Artemis began fully merging with the pod, he felt a subtle shift that reminded him a bit of his own Unseen Hunter. Unsurprisingly, considering Artemis had been the one to originally teach him about such a skill.

Using her powers, she hid the entire vessel within another paradigm of perception. It was a measure that was far from foolproof, but it should be enough for what they intended to do.

She only needed to buy a few moments to teleport safely without being intercepted, and they would be golden. Of course, Jake had no idea who would even intercept them or if it was a legitimate fear, but he couldn’t fault the Pantheon of Life for playing it safe.

“Everyone ready?” Artemis asked the room.

Nods all around as the god smiled, her energy exploded out as green veins of mana began glowing all throughout the vessel’s interior.

“Then let us be off to the Order of the Malefic Viper.”

Whooo hooo great chapter looking forward to the next one!

Xarroworth

“I love you too,” Minaga said jokingly, and with a final bow towards the group, with were gone. For now, anything. - i think it's "For now, anyway."

Alex

I am happy Artemis will stick around. She's fun. Can you imagine her an Irin meeting? Gonna blow her brains

BrotherKlaus

The sword saint definitely knows what’s up with Jake and Artemis. Can’t get anything by the old dog!

joel southard

Thank you for the chapter

Jeremy

Thanks for the chapter! Slight correction: "For now, anything" should probably be " For now, anyway"

Nathaniel France

I seem to recall a certain mention of how Artemis had never met a void god personally, and all this the pod being used to basically facilitate the transfer between u overseas feels like a Chekhov’s gun, as for as good as Artemis is as a newly minted godqueen, not a chance in hell Mr. Void Lollipop Giver wouldn’t be able to spot them. Or maybe I’m reading it it too much, who knows. I’m assuming with as close as we are to B grade we’re going to start our final preparations to hunting that dragon.

Raven

Was good

Sarianne

Nice to see that Artemis and Dina are coming back to the order with Jake

oak

I was thinking that we didn't get that much one on one time with Jake and Artemis this arc, now we got Artemis going from taking it slow to practically moving in after a couple months 😂😂

Roland Haller

Tftc. They’re definitely getting intercepted.

Ira White

And because Jake jinxed them Oris will intercept them 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Sylphie

REE!!

RnR_ RnR

Woo! Sugar momma godqueen moving to jakes house!

brjenness

Villy on the phone...Jake's on his way if you want to give him that thing for arnold

Kyle Pemberton

Sounds like you're setting up the teleportation being interrupted by someone?

BumAssBumAss

Is it just me, or is literally everyone saying "eh?" A lot the last several chapters?

Fdrugc

Tftc also there are probably plenty of factions that want to kidnap Jake or get revenge like the people who tried to buy Vespy.

Thenais

hi oras, long time no see. i brought my new girlfriend, artemis, this time ! you really never met before ?

Bannit gunner

Since Jake has thought the forbidden statement. Will it be oras or another void god to steal them

Tyler S.

Granted shes only moving to his second house atm, depending on how much time he continues to spend at the Academy

Catrina

I think they will be intercepted, probably by umbra with his next assassination attempt. The third attempt will probably be a dragon.

Andy Swearingen

Kinda hope we have a teleportation failure and some hijinks maybe with the robot people trying to catch our favorite hunter

Bruce Sheplan

Im looking forward to abother Oras interaction… otherwise whoever intercepts them is gonna get a Villy Visit….

Shafan Knight

Good morning all! And thanks for the chappy! Can’t wait to see what shenanigans the group gets into, now that they are back together.

TyranT-Rex

They are definitely going to run into Oras and some voidgod buddies.

Rewdan

Poor Maria she’s going to be so gutted when Jake rocks up with a god queen. She’ll be like how is a girl supposed to compete.

Rewdan

You were right to be annoyed, that’s your spot!

Rewdan

It’s going to be supper awkward, literally can’t wait 😝

Rewdan

Thanks Zogarth loved this chapter

Canis

The king and dina being around to help with the Prima event is going to ruin some people's careers I think.

Ty Cooper

Lol Oris might just have a stop by to see how the void marble was working out. No big deal. The introduction to Irin and the chosen of Duskleaf will be a crazy few chapters. Laughing already. This is going to be good. Villy get the popcorn. Oh and almost forgot to mention my joy at Dina joining them! Dina is amazing.

Rad

I’m expecting another Oras pit stop

Little Silly

Interceptor options include, but are not limited to: Oras Eversmile Villy Rigoria the Maker (Automatons) The System Minaga Arnold The Daofather Nothing “Nothing”

Shai182

TFTC!

Kt-x

Thanks for the chapter 🙂

Leviathan

Anyone else get the feeling that this "job transfer" is also a subtle way for Artemis to basically keep an eye on Jake's outputs and give them the "he's mine" death glare and telepathic nudge

T

Kinda want to see Oras intercept them in the void even though it’s unlikely

Auriel00

I hope Jakes parents want to meet Artemis and go to the order. There they meet Villy and Robert gives him a stern talking that he should not be a bad influence to Jake or he will have to deal with him :D

Noah

Thanks for the chapter! It was a great read as usual, although the line “Besides another Minaga, the Sword Saint, and Sylphie were naturally there, but Dina had also come along,” felt a little hard to parse. Normally you wouldn’t need a comma after Sword Saint, as the Sword Saint and Sylphie are functioning as one combined item rather than being part of a list of three, although I think it may be worth restructuring the sentence entirely. Otherwise a phenomenal chapter though, very excited for whenever we get to the Seat of the Exalted Prima :)

Loststar7

Thanks again for another chapter in the story of Sylphie and her companions.

Justin

Was not looking forward to losing artermis for awhile and did not see this coming! How exciting i new from the moment she received the data packet she was smitten.

Temlat

So glad Artemis is going along. I really wasn’t looking forward to the emotional toll of saying goodbye to the mistress.

Lynderyn

How many void gods this trip?

Cory S.

All this foreshadowing of something unexpected going to happen. Last chapter was the goatmen, this chapter the potential for the group to be intercepted by a big bad. IMO this could be the buildup to the new arc and next challenge. Thoughts?

MarineDebris

Meira is gonna short-circuit when she meets Artemis. If only Jake didn't have the social aptitude of a caveman at a Celine Dion concert, maybe he could navigate the situation. But we all know Jake is hopeless.

Takoda Heitz

Oras is totally gonna intercept them.

Almer Reyhan

Ahh yess nothing but perhaps a small interruption by a powerful void deity LOL

Tom C

If anyone does intercept them they will probably have an angry danger noodle to deal with as the big Snake is probably watching everything TFTC

Ben Cox

*rolls a dice* oooooh a 4 what a terrible number of void gods to run into. Tyftc can't wait to see what happens to this perfectly safe and easy trip

Carl Never

Villy set it up to chuckle in the background if he ever gets bored he's sending a elf diligation to visit

Sean McClain

Another Chance for Jake to be the big hero boyfriend to his god queen girlfriend when the void god shows up and tries to intimidate the new god queen. Similar to when he protected her at nevermore from Valdemar

Bocsánat

So Irin is going to have a problem!

Carl Never

What about the blessed couple? Will they go to the order? Art never upped her blessing either and they didn't find out Jake was dating anyone.

Dave

Tftc

WhiteLeeopard

Seems things are going to change, which I have mixed feelings about. The story started with Jake being alone, and sometimes doing something with friends. Now seems he is going to be around Artemis permanently except for system events. And shouldn't she consolidate her power at godqueen to push forward? PoL seems much better for her path to improve than the Order.

Cees Tollenaar

but Sylphie still seemed miffed as she had a strong sense of territory when it came to who was allowed to sit on top of Jake’s head. Lucky Artemis!

Tom S

Not if she gets in on the action! Artemis seemed open!

Levi

Artemis is queen of the hunt, and right now she's hunting a young supple chosen for his patented record juice. Fits with her path

Oblivion

I will laugh if there is all this setup and they don’t get intercepted

Kyler

Really hoping Oras intercepts and has a conversation

Biggy smalls

Nah, so far it’s being set up that the god who’s making a ruckus on earth is going to be the new big bad. They’re being real stealthy about it by not disclosing themselves. Don’t see why they’d piss off Villy and Artemis being so blatant with their threats.

Havokk

so how soon does the sword saint call out Jake and Artemis. With the sword saint he will do it privately or semi privately but he will definitely start giving Jake shit about it

Manowar

"the singular circular room" I swear Zog likes to fuck with us with stuff you need to read twice just as much as the Friday cliffhangers. ttfc!

Manowar

They would travel to the 93rd Universe right? Do they have to go via the order for that?

Daniel Hamilton

Void Gods incoming. Could be pretty fun.

brjenness

the mystery god takes out a hit on Artemis, but doesn't know she's a godqueen.

ABTelford

Do I sense a jinx coming on? 🤨

brjenness

or umbra and villy arrive at the same time. umbra explains the contract was flagged as unusual because it specified all who travel with her also and she calls off her assasin. na shows up and all three factions start scheming.

DeamoniumDraco

Anyone who went to Nevermore is going to have a mental break seeing that lineup

Richard Loveless

Yeah they are totally getting intercepted

Xander

TFTC :) In before the Clarkson-esque "What could possibly go wrong?" moment. Its been a while since we saw Oras and the guys. Lollipops for everyone :D Suggested edits: "the group, *with* were gone. " should be "both" "For now, *anything*." should be "anyway" "“He’s not,” Artemis *clarified*. “I spoke to Nature’s Attendant, the Mother Tree, and Duskleaf to *clarify*" repetition. I suggest changing the first to "confirmed" "of the *singular* circular room." not wrong per se but awkward to read and say suggest "single" instead "her *energy* exploded out as green veins *of energy* began" repetition. Ditch the second

11037

We're off to see the lizard. The wonderful Vilastromoz. :D

Xander

Unless its a fake out, "It all went fine, what were you expecting?"

Xander

I Love Guild Quest 2? or is this some initialism you youngsters use that us oldies dont?

Abhishek

Enter Oras

Daniel Golding

...and then they got intercepted!

austin kutz

They're totally getting intercepted aren't they

Lemonsqueezy

I would think that the Sword Saint is smart enough to know that it should be kept secret. He isn't the type to gossip, and can easily read a room.

David Hall

Wow at least he didn't say what could go wrong right?

Cees Tollenaar

Edit suggestions: "decided to also chime up" [chime in] " the group, with [both] were gone. For" " Both Minaga's "For now, anything. The" [Anyway] “Ree,” Sylphie commented. “[It] Does look a bit like a weird egg,” Jake agreed. He agrees with Sylphie's statement. Leaving out the "It" feels odd. Sometimes, reading comments from the SS and how they're structured, it doesn't feel like he is an elderly wise ancient man. "...It proved an incredibly wise decision,..." - Ancient wise old man ... the Sword Saint pointed out. “I seriously [truly] doubt the planet will... - "seriously" feels a bit out of character imho, more like something Jake would say. Then again, they have travelled together for decades so Jake might be rubbing off on him😅

Joshua Kitchen

TYFTC! Good one *“I love you too,” Minaga said jokingly, and with a final bow towards the group, with were gone. For now, anything.* Is Godzilla okay? lol. I’m assuming it’s a couple typos: “they were gone. For now, anyway” is how I read it.

Colin

So are we not shipping Minaga and the Forrest King? The lonely life of a unique life form

Michael Fannon

What's the current level cap for the 93rd universe? And does Dina meet the requirements? Also, anyone else looking forward to Jake telling the family he has a girlfriend?

Colby Whiting

Foreshadowing has me excited

Ithoughtofsomething

Not to beat a dead horse but... “I love you too,” Minaga said jokingly, and with a final bow towards the group, with were gone. For now, anything.

Oliver Knight

No remember the void gods can’t be seen by mortals with out them getting mental damage

Jonathan Hovey

How much ribbing is the Sword Saint going to give Jake for the interaction he obviously picked up on?

Showbagz

I want Villy to have organised a welcome home delegation for jake. Attendees Irin, Meira, Scarlett and Carmen. Might as well throw in the dragon girl. He can do it under the pretence of politics. Valhal, Earth, the Order, duskleaf disciple and dragonflights to greet him. Ultimate troll by villy haha

Corvid

Been a while since Oras poked Jake to say HeeEellOoOOOo.

Michael Fannon

A bit off topic, but I just finished book 12 on audiobook. And once more, I have a singular massive complaint. Travis needs to start narrating Slyphie correctly. It isn't "screech", it's "RII!!".

Deborah

I'm kinda hoping for walking in on the all girls meeting.

brjenness

it will be interesting the first time some one at the order sees Dina as weak and she unleashes Bobo on them.

brjenness

hmmm ... bad juju to declare victory before the competition even starts.

Joshua Little

Thanks for the chapter.

Elijah Soleil

I may anger some people by saying this but I’m shipping Sylphie and the king. It may seem to be an odd matchup at first but I feel it fits. Sylphie is perhaps the only being the king has been protective of. They are both a-sexual and the king makes a great nest since he’s basically a tree dude. While they would never have a normal romantic relationship I feel like it works.

Sloth

If it’s only limited by grade and level… can Minaga participate?

Phil Ritter

Was thinking the same thing. I doubt anyone would be able to stop him. It’s not even like he’d be limited to a single clone. He could just flood the event with clones and take all available positions. I highly doubt the system would allow it tho

Phil Ritter

I am wondering. Where even is the pantheon of life located? Considering Yggy is a primordial she has to originate from the first universe and since she is pretty stationary the great planet she took root in should also be from the first universe no? Which universe is she in then? Also on a side note am I the only one who thinks Jake is jinxing them by thinking who would abduct them mid travel? Could see some Void god playing tricks or worst case some salty followers of Yip going for mutual destruction

Corvid

I can't remember the number or if the number had even been said, but yeah she took root one on one of the great planets in the first universe, one of the "Primordial-X" planets.

The lord of chaos

i was a bit disappointed that the nevermore party wouldn't hunt a powerful variant low b grade but now that they are staying togeather... there is hope

djthomp

The parallel between Villy marrying someone from the Pantheon of Life and Jake getting together with someone from the same is something I find interesting, and now with Artemis being sent as the god level ambassador it has me wondering if Villy got together with his wife after getting to know her through a similar diplomatic exchange of personnel.

Dani Sarah Sperry

Yeah, yeah, but at the end of everything, I bet there’ll be one winner, and that winner will be me - such a perfect Jake comment 🤣

Chloe

Tyftc

Steve

Haha the pineapple "Suppose we built a large wooden badger..."
