I don’t think dragged out is exactly right, but I agree that the writing style is tough with all the exposition and monologues. It seems like every chapter is a 30 second conversation 😅 I just hope that Venus has some kind of relevance in 50 chapters. Unlike Jake’s “garden” on earth. Where it seemed like it would become something and now is just a story point

From a strategic perspective it would be best if he didn’t have to kill them. Having the possibility of bringing out three peak A grades, and dozens more that are a few steps behind them would allow for a massive increase in military power that is unaffected by the restrictions placed by the system. Well most of them anyway.

depends on the gravity of their actions on his eyes, likely the lich will be killed outright just merely due to the slave like soul contract, the arachnec nestmother likely will get killed as well since jake hates mind control with passion, as for the horned slayer it could go both ways, either killed or heavily harmed again

I can always tell people that write comments on their phones. There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes (not in your case). The biggest sign though it the auto-correction of Villy to Billy. The biggest issue with teaching him alchemy is that GSS doesn't have hands. Unless he can do some sort of telepathic thing or morphs himself to be more human-like It would be impossible.

A: Most are just using GSS. That is turned into calling him Guss. I still like Jorgie which is short for Jormungar (the Norse version of Oroborus which fits Zog because he is from Denmark). B: Not sure what you mean here TBH. C: I think it was explained early on that Villy was in a kill or be killed mindset. He is from the 1st era so there was no one to explain things or guide him.

Very true, but I don't see that happening until Jake (and a several of the 93rd) reach A-Grade. Mostly due to the restriction of Jake only being able to bring people out that he is more powerful than, and I say Jake because he is considered to be the most powerful person in the 93rd and especially in the Solar System. So it might be quite some time before they can leave and by then they wouldn't as great of an asset because everyone would be around the power of these A-Grades. The 93rd also has a restriction on level and grade who can enter.

Some are complaining about it. These things are necessary for a flushed out story. It is only bad because we can only read one chapter a day and they are rather short. In an actual book this whole chapter would only take 2-3 pages. I expect that when the book is released (as I saw in the previous ones) the entire Venus arc will probably only like 4 chapters.

Jake didn't name Jasper, the Forest King did. A lot of people have suggested Guss. I like Jorgie (short for Jormungar) because Zog is from Denmark and it keeps in line with Jake adding IE to all the names.
