Have a look at the town guards!  The first is a Union Marine and the second an Ivory Island Soldier. The Frontiersman's Guild Marines oversee trade between towns, and the Ivory Island Soldiers guard their own town. Ivory Island will be one of the three towns that you will be able to visit in the finished game. Union Marines meanwhile will be omnipresent on all shipping vessels, and if you find yourself going up against the Union, for whatever reason, you'll likely have to face these men and women down.

This is a question to Team Nimbus. If the game is finished along the line of development, is that mean there will no longer be add-ons or updates in the later future?

Sleepnir

Awesome. I get a real Banner Saga vibe from them both!

The question will be if we start up a sequel or depending on our support we'll continue updating and changing things.

Personally i don't see why the game can't constantly evolve and improve and add more content... hell... look at League of Legends... its getting more content every month... nothing stops Cloud Meadow to just continue to evolve and improve ^_^

Black and purple looks so good. The blue and brown/orange look great too. What do you think about adding a blade under the rifle? I like to call them Knifles. The masks look great. Great concept art. Love it.

Mostly because of the bad taste left in the mouths of the former breeding season patrons. A major complaint that grew and forced the whole thing to happen was that the game appeared to be milking people for money with no real progress for almost 3 years. It should have long been done before that, and so we wanted to make it clear we could get a real, playable, game out in that time. Expansions, extensions, advancements? Those can all come after, but we want to make sure there is a real game with a real narrative in place within 2 years.
