The title says it all :)

Also, I feel like it's worth mentioning: A LOT of folks have requested The Iron Giant. I swear I'm not ignoring you haha. That movie is fantastic. But I'm very familiar with it so I'm saving that movie to watch with someone who's never seen it before.

As usual, feel free to include any other animated suggestions you have in the comments below. I have many on my list but always love hearing your suggestions.

Comments

John Otterness

Omg I haven’t heard Bolt in so long, but my god is it an amazing movie, so much nostalgia

kachow6969

bolt gang come through PLEASE i think natalie would love that one the most out of all of these

Mighty Warrior

If you want to a Japanese anime: Grave of the Fireflies (If you do pick this, make sure you have tissues with you, because it's a sad one).

Andy

I swear I thought I'd watched Zootopia along with you! lool

SilentBobFather

American Pop, Heavy Metal. Both may end up in copyright he'll due to music.

Shaun Bloom

I'm not a fan of Bolt but I'm down to watch the rest of these.

Camryn Brown

Bolt was one of the movies my niece was addicted to when she was a toddler. I can hear the ending song in my sleep, they used to play it 24/7. Great movie tho I loved it when I was a kid

Junior Quill

Hello natalie. All of these are good. Lol and treasure planet. Im pretty sure everyone hase seen but noone remembers for sure lol

Julia Burch

I'm begging you, please do Nimona 😭😭😭 it's my favorite movie and I know you will love it

Yani Dodge

Oh I hope treasure planet wins, it's such an underrated gem!

Nick Freer

Your Name is a very good animated film that you should check out Nat. I’m sure I’ve seen quite a few people recommend it

Joshua Campbell

Definitely Zootopia. It's totally worth it 👌.

Reid Forman

Over The Hedge and Flushed Away

Josh R

Oof rough picks. I probably won't watch any of these reactions lol Maybe another Ghibli pick?

jamie jones

A nice wholesome animated you should check out is sausage party.

Joshua Decker

Nimona, isn't going to win your poll but you should watch it anyway, it's amazing.

Lee Aguera

Zootopia is adorable

Adeptus_Retardes

Suprised Bolt isn't doing better that's a gem

Steven Hok

Tough choice between treasure planet and zootopia, but gonna have to go with treasure planet

Darryl Low

Happy Wednesday Nat. Too many cosy movies to choose from. Going with Bolt this time around 🐶 Dinosaur and The Land Before Time as suggestions ha ha 🦕🦖 Have an awesome day Nat 💛

Ron Fehr

I could only choose Wreck It Ralph 2, since I haven't seen any of the others.

UngawdlyJish

You should check out "Flow"! It's beautiful and unique in that it has no dialogue. And it's about a kitty and other animals! I think you'll love it!

Charlotte PhD.

Makes me cry every single time! It's perfect from start to finish and the soundtrack is fucking fantastic!

FogdogKdog

You should consider putting The Lego Movie in the next animated poll.

BettleBug

Nimona being in last place is heartbreaking but they’re all good options

Jazz

future suggestion: The Croods, if you liked Gary Oldman in Kungfu Panda, now imagine one with Nicolas Cage

Billy DuBose

Transformers: The Movie 1986 (Michael Bay free, gutsy, and the BEST 80s film soundtrack you will ever hear 🤟) Batman: Mask of the Phantasm 1993 (Arguably the best Batman film out there with a lovely but simple origin story.) Land Before Time: (Our 80s childhoods were awesome for the amount of crying we did in this film).

Reyhan

Bolt makes me tear up every time!!

Eivor

Treasure Planet or we riot

justajester

I still hold out that my one single voice asking for "millenium actress" will one say be heard

Lawson

flow 🥺

Chloe Root

Nimona is excellent!

Baggie Mark

I don't think I've seen any of the, I enjoy watching stuff i haven't seen before with Nat..

Caraxes🐐DT

Should add popular anime movies like your name or A silent voice

Roderick B

I would recommend Robot Dreams! It’s an animated movie that tells a beautiful story about friendship without any dialogue.

Rhea Ellis

I honestly suggest finding time to react to all of these options. These are all great, but Nimona being last is a little sad because it's so good.

thebeefmaster

The Lego Movie (2014), The Lego Batman Movie (2017), Coco (2017), WALL-E (2008), Monsters, Inc. (2001), Monsters University (2013), Despicable Me (2010), Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia (2016–2018), 3Below: Tales of Arcadia (2018–2019), Wizards (2020), Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans (2021)

Wally

I'd like to include stop motion and puppetry with animated since they are all voice overs like animated. My list would be: Chicken Run (2000) The Dark Crystal (1982) Team America: World Police (2004)

Twili

TREASURE PLANET

Dani M. Postblocc

I was gonna say Bolt cuz that’s such a classic dog friendly film, I LOVE HIM, but Zootopia by far is the best first pick hehehe. Nimona should be next cuz the message is so deep and moving.

Benjamin Seelking

I can not really suggest any animated Movies, but if Shows are also on the Line, i will always take my Stance: Gurren Lagann, and The Owl House

Roy R.

Iron Giant is a good one. Id consider it a classic

Jules 4 Fools

OK - let me just say - so many good choices here! This was incredibly hard to choose from. I hope over time we'll cover all of these movies! ^_^

TheSingulatarian

Not on your poll but I would suggest the "Fantastic Mr. Fox". Which stars George Clooney and is directed by Wes Anderson. It is stop-motion and quite a wonderful movie for kids and adults alike.

Amanda

Shame Nimona isn’t as popular. good movie for this time; queer representation & honestly just a fantastic movie. hope this gets reconsidered, although all these other movies seem fun too!

romeo

Nimona is worth a watch

jax

Not totally animated but Who Framed Roger Rabbit is a must-watch for what it managed to accomplish!

dieselbeast

maybe watching zootopia will make Natalie make the Executive decision to watch The Godfather lol

alexmiller

i second the person who said "Fantastic Mr. Fox" another amazing one is 'Isle of Dogs' by the same director

Wally

That's why I prefaced the list with an explanation

Stephen Ray

I was going to vote for Bolt until I saw Nimona at the end of the list. Both are very underappreciated.

sleepless_dream (Lauren)

Treasure Planet! 🩷 but also literally anything but Zootopia 😅

Jacob King

Nimona has the emotional wallop of the Iron Giant combined with the contemporary animation style of Spiderverse and Arcane. It’s polling low only because enough people haven’t seen it yet. I’d recommend people check it out so it can win next time because it shouldn’t be loosing to any of these.

Hamza Asif

Just wondering why does breaking bad and better call Saul never make it to polls? Has Natalie seen it off screen?

Christian Rennie

Nimona is worth it for sure and is my pick. I recommend people to see that one even if it doesn't win. Wreck it Ralph 2 is a great reaction flick, too, for all its humor and in-jokes.

Rob E

I was just wondering if Nat would ever get around to Nimona. So happy the film even got made after Disney bought the studio and killed it when it was basically done so happy it got bought by Netflix and then got the Oscar nomination over Disneys Wish. Doesn’t look like it’ll win this time but fingers crossed for it to get its day.

nataliegold

Full reaction is on Patreon! I keep trying to upload a version to YouTube but Dreamworks hates me now 😅

Rey

Have you seen Coco Natalie?

Arts of TM

Am I old. Nobody cares about Bolt anymore 😭

Jimmie V

Surf's Up is one of my favorite #D animated films (and tends to surprise people with how much they like it) if you haven't seen it. Maybe add it to your list of the future?

Logan Kerlee

Honestly I don't care for any of these. I'm voting for Nimona though, only because it's the one movie on this list that I haven't actually watched yet. I hope that it's a good one. After voting and looking at the list, Zootopia taking the commanding lead isn't surprising. It's a very fun movie that appealed to many. Wasn't my taste exactly but hey, coolies. I'll just have to watch Nimona on my own time. :)

Skellyp

Can’t wait for AoT one day!

SilentBobFather

Animated show= Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. Just finished 10 episode run.

Chris

The Secret of Kells and Song of the Sea are both highly rated and worth a watch in my opinion. I love the art style of the studio that made both of the movies and the stories are great as well!

JarHead0351

wreck it ralph 2 or zootopia for me

calum1

You can tell people have not seen treasure planet or it would be clearly no.1

Eric Janssen

The projectionist must’ve gotten confused when I went to see Wreck-It Ralph 2 in a theater. The first half started out as a Ralph sequel, but halfway through, he must’ve mixed up prints, and the second half ended up showing a sophomoric passive-hostile chik-flick satire of Disney Princesses…. 🤨

Eric Janssen

They haven’t. It’s not the Clue and Halloween III of Disney movies YET, but it’s getting there.

Johnnie Johnson

Treasure Planet is too underrated

Ray C

I'm just wondering when we're going to get The Bourne Ultimatum and Jason Bourne reactions..

Daniel Drew

I love Wreck-it Ralph 2 and Zootopia, but Nemona is just SO good.

Chet Brusk

A Cat in Paris (2010) I Lost My Body (2019) Mary and Max (2009) Ghost in the Shell (1995) Anomalisa (2015) Renaissance (2006) A Scanner Darkly (2006) and of course Akira (1988)

Timothy Mills

You should watch the show Cobra Kai and the karate kid films.

DeathSwitch

Can this not be the order you watch them in? 😅

Billy B

Never heard of any of them . 🤪🤷‍♂️ any watch along is great with you ! 😊❤️

Jorge Ortiz

What about Coco for the future??!! You will love it.

Dan Looney

“Wreck It Ralph” for the Disney Princess stuff alone was my vote. BUT, I LOVE Judy Hopps so either way, I win. Thx Natalie for all your reactions.

Edward Rahardjo

Of this list Zootopia is probably the best of the bunch. But as we look forward, I would like to advocate two Anime that are perfect to introduce one to Japanese Anime. I know Studio Ghibli was requested alot, a rightfully so, and a start has already been made. Now if Ghibli is like Disney to Japanese Anime, then Shinkai Makoto is Pixar. Your Name is his magnum opus and should be watched by everyone. It pulls at your heartstrings with a beautiful story exploring the existence of soulmates.

Eric Janssen

At the risk of spoilers, why was Ralph “punished” in effigy for 80 years of toxic outdated sexist atrocities to Disney Princesses, in the climax? Vanellope aside, what “crime” had he committed?

Eric Janssen

Someday, we’ll get some Ghibli-headed newbie anime reactor to watch “Urusei Yatsura: Beautiful Dreamer”. It’s funny AND a brain trip, it’s everywhere on streaming, and you don’t mess with the 80’s Classics. 🤯😎

Wallz

Watch Bolt! You'd absolutely love it.

Myllyon

Justice for Treasure Planet. Must go in another poll in the future please!!

Tesh

i wish more people gave Nimona a chance, its a phenominal movie

Walter Lopez

You haven't seen Zootopia????? Nah that crazy, you're watching that now, You're Welcome. 😁

Eric Wallace

Me, just patiently waiting for the next Series poll so I can vote for SG-1 season 1

Dan Mackison

Treasure planet followed Robert Lewis Stephenson's Treasure Island beat for beat to the point I found it boring. It even had the antiquated line "ship-shape in Bristol fashion" which people always get backwards. Bristol was a famous slave port in Stephenson's time, so the first mate was saying the ship he'd been put in charge of was only one step above a piece of junk, the captain's reply was essentially "well, it's our piece of junk now so you better get to work", not two people patting each other on the back like depicted in the movie.

Dan Mackison

Zootopia is a feel-good movie. Nimona will rip your hear out (in a good way).

Julie Schwartz

Love Mulan, our family favorite. Glad to see Treasure Planet up there though, its a hidden gem

Bunk

I voted for Zootopia but you absolutely have to watch The Wild Robot.

Harald Demler

Nimona is the best by far, but I fear rather unknown by many.

Thoko

I really wish there was a great Japanese Anime film or series on this list

Noah Catalino

Would love to see A Silent Voice added to an animated poll!

Avremi Schachter

I would love to see “the Orville” series

j0np0gs

Have you seen Tick Tick Boom?

Cyber

Kpop demon hunters!!

J D

Good day ! 🌻 Can we re-react to the LORD of the RINGS trilogy ? 🫖🗡️🛡️🏹🥖🐎🌋🏰🌲
