Fallout lore dump from the games, there may be spoilers. The weapon the Ghoul looted and used on the death claw was Gauss rifle from the game, pretty high end game weapon. The NCR does have power armor in the game, but it isn't that fancy and is considered salavaged, it's speculated that this suit worn belongs to courier 6 the player from New Vegas. I'm not sure if you noticed but the Betty in the past working in the office is the Overseer Betty now. Everything else gets into heavy spoiler area

Attack on Titan season 2 gets more exciting. But Cyberpunk Edgerunner is also intense. Plus there's only one season of Edgerunner. I heard they're making another Cyberpunk series.

Looked more like a Tesla Rifle to me, including the yellow paint. I 2 shot Deathclaws with a Gauss Rifle, and one shot supermutants. I would never use a Tesla Rifle on a Deathclaw again. Not after the underground bunker disaster LOL. EDIT: After a second watch, I see it looks like a Tesla Rifle but shoots like a Gauss Rifle, with the charge-up before firing. Also, hope your hip feels better.
