Now only is it a real story, you just watched the REAL Olympic team crash footage which they showed at the end. So brutal.

And did you know?? The Jamaican Bobsled Team will be back for the 2026 Winter Olympics!!! I'm just so excited for them, I've watched this movie since I was a kid and I'm just so happy to see them compete again! Also, the end of this movie always, ALWAYS, makes me cry haha.

That “heating pad” in Sanka’s coat was actually a hot water bottle. I guess an old-fashioned heating pad! 😂

No, you're thinking of the luge when the person lays down feet first. There's also one called skeleton where the person goes on their stomach, face first. Bobsled is with either 2 or 4 people where they run to get it going and jump in to sit inside the sled. hahaha.. I just realized his name is Sanka Coffee.. like the stuff you drink. LOL HAHA... I imagine that would be you if you came up here to the frozen north. LOL. "Nope. I need a plane outta here."
