Man this thread is wild. I was a bit confused when I realized that the patreon version is the same as the publicly available version. Kinda false advertising when it says "patreon exclusive build" when that's not really a thing anymore. That essentially means there is no benefit at all to being a patreon aside from wanting to support the release. But with no time-frame in sight on that, it does make you wonder whether it is wise to continue. You would think they would be able to release an "unstable build" separate from the "stable" version. That being said, the art and updates being listed look incredible, I just wish I could try it.

There never was a "Patreon-exclusive" version (there's no mention of anything resembling "Patreon-exclusive" in the 4 pledge tiers, dunno where you got that from). Ever. All you got were dedicated "private" links for patrons a day before they went public. Nothing more, nothing less. There also never was any benefit to supporting the dev (not the game), the only thing you get is the pledge tier rewards There was never a time-frame/release schedule either (you could guesstimate 3-4 months between updates, but that was still random). They won't release anything until the coding is done, both cause the older version we got won't work with it and people are too dumb to not load 1 into the other and fuck themselves AND the main goal of the tech is to unscrew 6+ years of code failing. Why would they 1/2 ass that and have to recode stuff later on cause "demo 1" was not supposed to happen ?

In y'all's opinion, who's got the best scene in the current game and why? Personally, I'd say the solo Grace scene is the best. The lead up to it's really connects MC and Grace, which makes it extremely passionate as well as taboo due to Eve's involvement with MC. Really curious where that storyline will finish up.

Most of Jenny's is the best in-game, purely on body design. Eve's route is done, so don't expect anything more with the 3 of them, especially not earth-shattering scenes (we might not even get the Eve+Odette graveyard teased for 4 years)

If that's not the case, then "Early access releases" shouldn't be listed as a patreon benefit for each tier. At this point it's false advertising, especially when this is a benefit that is commonly given w/other games on their patreon pages. Based on your comment, it makes sense that it'll take a while. That being said, I shouldn't have to find this information out through a comment, it should be communicated more clearly on the page itself. I think that's part of why there are so many salty comments. Even if the status is "Scenes being added + Tech Update in Progress of Updating old failing codebase", having some kind of status page pinned w/time estimates for people to check would probably reduce some of that. I honestly don't mind waiting. What exists so far is an incredible game and I'm looking for to the future content. That being said...I was a bit confused at first when I came back to it.
