Hey Everyone,

So yeah, the indecision is strong at the start of books and you're all going to see that because we're doing this live. There will be some ret-cons as we go, because I'm not exactly sure what the stakes should be between Sal and Quest for him to use his Skill Master ability. Just know that in later chapters, if I contradict myself, it's likely because I found a better solution or something I'm happy with.

I've been a bit sick this week and hitting my head against a wall because I'm not the type of writer that can skip ahead when something is confusing me. Sorry for the delay. :)

Don't apologize. You do you boo-boo!

Keep up the good work! Great chapters.

They 'way' you write is what gets us the good stuff. It may be frustrating, but it works. Keep it up.

These are good chapters, can't wait to see him make more cool shit that blows the minds of top guild members and stuff

Thanks for the chapters, Brian. If I could suggest one thing - we’d rather more communication, even if chapters aren’t coming out as quick as you’d hope, than be left in limbo. I have no idea how authors on serials put out so many chapters one at a time - each author is different, but I can only imagine having to have a lot of structure to a story.

Damn, I very much disagree with Quest at the end of chapter 2 - he definitely doesn’t need another place to work. Forge and Upgrade and Martin and Gosia are there and need to be there for the students. His friends are going to show up there for classes, and as Sargent Head mentioned, he’s probably very comfortable there. I know he needs to reinvest in his own future and his friends, but I’d like to see him reinvest in the workshop for all students (like the second years who were pissy at him) and maybe in creating a library and resources to encourage support heroes, as part of him forming his guild. But I’d like to see him more involved in the workshop rather than less. He’s not going to get to know his fellow support stars locked away in private.

Robert Smart

Couldnt he hire one of the rooms attached to the main workshop permanently? Rather than always borrowing it? Itd kill one of the points for favouritism probably at the cost of looking like an entitled rich kid?

Charles Gillentine

Really hope we get more book 1 Sal, less book 2 Sal.

little mistake in a sentence in thee first paragraph of ch3: No matter how much curiously Sal had about everything around him, he knew better than to start touching anything.

Honestly, Volo would be a really great new Hero name for Upgrade. It means "I wish" in Latin and considering the description of Evolve...
