This is a great set, the Lugia and bottom heavy ones are probably my favorite. Honestly, it feels like you've drawn Reagan more than some of your own OCs, though I certainly don't blame you. She's pretty great.

It’s weird right? Ironically my own characters are much harder to draw. I can draw 5 Reagans in the time it takes me to try to get Maya’s hair just right.

I wouldn't say it's too weird, Reagan is designed in such a way that she's much easier to animate. Most animated shows have characters that are designed as simply as possible so it doesn't take as long to produce. Comparatively speaking, your OCs are a bit more complex in design, so I'd say it makes sense that Reagan is easier for you. Also, hair is a right pain in the ass to draw though I never blame any artist for wanting to draw it just right cause it just looks weird otherwise.
