Yeah Hody was defeated but got a pill and boosted up While Neptune was evacuating the others, before escaping himself, Hody grabbed him and pulled him back in. Zoro and the others were grabbing onto Neptune and so they got captured.

I think you're confusing "black blades" with the Graded Blade system. Wazamono (unspecified number) -> Ryōwazamono (50) -> Owazamono (21) -> Saijō Owazamono (12) Two of these swords, Zoro's Shusui (Owazamono) and Mihawk's Yoru (Saijō Owazamono), have a black blade and characters pointed out they do. However, it hasn't been specified what that actually means.
