And this is why only people not caught up to this point tend to ask how the One Piece was not yet claimed for 2 decades. The average pirate grunt doesn't know Road Poneglyphs are a thing; any that know they exist don't necessarily know where they are; and those that even know where they might be cannot find this one because Zou is always moving. Very nice lore system.

I really like your point about slowing down to reconnect with each of the characters and especially about Usopp (because I totally agree I find myself actually able to connect with Usopp here). I'd never thought about it like that or put it into words but I def agree it feels like we really needed an arc like this to reconnect. I loved Zou and still love it because it felt so refreshing and has some crazy lore drops along with it.
