Hi! For the Route 325 mention, 325 read in Japanese is San - Ni - Go, so I'm guessing it's Oda's clever way to add "Sunny Go" into the image. Fun reaction! Hope you're feeling better!

That must be right, I love when Oda does the number thing. Out of curiosity I also checked chapter 325 and it's coincidentally when they cashed the gold in Water 7 that would eventually fund the construction of the Sunny Go.
