I'm not a Japanese expert, but "O" or "Go" is added as a prefix to words to make it more polite and show respect. That girls name is "Toko" but she is making a joke that when people call her in the respectful way it becomes "Otoko" which means male/man in Japanese. "O" and "Go" are used a lot in the samurai times in Japan as it was all about honor. Nowadays, it is used in Keigo (honorific form) which is used a lot at work, or when talking to customers or seniors. You'll hear it with other characters, like "Onami". I'm so excited to watch Wano with you guys. I kinda wish for more episodes xD
