MC sweat here, either the realm has grief protection, or Garnt doesn't have mod privilege, so he can't place or interact with anything near the others' stuff. When he tries to place things down, his client thinks the item is placed, but the server doesn't, so it "disappears" from his inventory, a simple fix is to click on the "empty" slot that he was holding the item, and it will reappear. A better fix is to just give him mod.

Servers have spawn protection by default, meaning that players who are not mod can not interact or break anything in spawn. This is the issue Garnt had, when i was not in spawn everything worked, but then he was near spawn he could not do anything. To fix this either give him mod or remove spawn protection in the server config

Absolutely loved this! It was everything on Minecraft. Let’s play needs to have. Somebody who knows exactly what they’re doing and somebody who has no idea what they’re doing plus a few glitches to spice things up. I would watch 50 hours of this no lie.
